To ensure you are across your team’s performance and active coaching plan progress, it is best practice to log into OI every day. This way you’ll be in the best position to review and check the progress of coaching plans, as well as stay on top of any performance shifts.

Ensure your agents have done their OI training

Our Agent Training modules in OI University are quick and easy, and the best way to ensure your agents are ready to use OI to create their coaching plans. Reach out to support on the OI portal if you need to run a report to see who in your team hasn’t completed their online training. 

Review agents without coaching plans and ensure they are set

It’s important to keep up to date with who in your team doesn’t have an active coaching plan set. This way, you can arrange to chat with them about setting one so they can focus on improving their performance too. 

Chat to your agents about their coaching plan progress

Your agents will need your support each month when setting their coaching goals and reviewing their performance. It is best to check in with your agents to see where they need your support and so you can ensure they are meeting their goals.
