Clearer chart tooltips when pinning
When you pin a point on an over-time chart, the tooltips no longer overlap. All values now appear in one tooltip, with a coloured dot next to each value so you can see which line it belongs to.

Option to turn off in-app support chat
Your organisation can now ask us to turn off the in-app Zendesk support chat for your users. This lets your team handle questions internally before raising them with OI if desired. To turn it off for your organisation, contact your OI account team.
