What is Report Builder? 

Report Builder is OI’s self-serve reporting and dashboarding capability that gives you direct access to your underlying raw classified OI data within the OI Portal.

Once enabled, a Reporting tile appears on the home screen, providing access to a dedicated reporting workspace. From here, users can explore OI’s core data tables (including Interactions and QA Results) and build custom reports to analyse performance, trends, and outcomes.

Report Builder supports technical analysts by offering two ways to build reports:

• A guided question builder (no SQL required)

• A full SQL editor for advanced, fully customised queries

Reports and dashboards can be exported and shared broadly or easily set to customised scheduled sends. 

It provides transparency into the underlying data structure, including a built-in data dictionary that explains all available fields.
