This article provides an overview of the exciting new features that went live in early May 2026.
Introducing Batch Mode
Batch Mode is a feature of OI-Q that allows you to select a group of transcripts and have a contextual conversation, rather than only asking a single binary question.
It's designed for more analytical jobs - the ones where you're not just looking for a yes/no, but trying to map out a process or documentation from your transcripts. You're essentially having a conversation with your transcript data. You start with a question, get an answer, then ask a follow-up based on what you see.
One thing to note: this is Batch Mode V1 which we've retrofitted for the current version of OI. We're currently working on an upgraded version that will release alongside the new and improved version of OI, coming in late September 2026 - so watch this space.

OI-Q 1000 is here!
You asked and we listened! You can now run OI-Q queries across up to 1,000 transcripts at once using multi-select, and OI-Q². This is ideal for asking questions of your data at scale to uncover real trends.
A huge win to uncover any information you'd like to understand at scale that may be hiding in transcripts.
